It's time to get sloppy! Human Centipede III reveals it's first image [& a little bit of plot]!

 

NOTE: This may be considered slightly older news, but I've been working like crazy [and will continue to over the weekend] so I haven't had a chance to talk about it. However, I don't wanna stall so let's start where I intended to a few days back! Can you believe we're actually at the Final Sequence of the Human Centipede films? I feel like it was only yesterday that I came home with the first film ['First Sequence'] in my hands, wondering why these films were considered so gruesome/depraved. I remember thinking that the film wasn't nearly as bad as everyone said- that it wasn't even close to as gross as I thought [It felt more psychological].. until I saw Full Sequence; the second in the trilogy. Human Centipede 2 upped everything from the first one: from more gore, to more disturbing content; to more people in the 'centipede' line-up! [I'm pretty sure they went from 3 in the first film, to something like 15 in the sequel]

Now we have the third and Final Sequence in the film series, and not much was known [until now]: we knew that it’s set in “an American maximum security prison in the middle of the desert” and that the main two actors from the first two films would be returning [so.. a maniac doctor in the first film, and a psychotic mute- from the second?] 'Plot-wise I won’t share details yet,'  Tom Six, [the director/writers of the films] has said in interviews, 'but if you let your imagination run wild you might get ideas..' What this means, I couldn't tell you [I remember also reading something about a 500 person centipede? hmm...] But be fully aware that Six has also laid claim that Human Centipede:Final Sequence is “certainly not as gross” as the two previous films. [wait. ..seriously?]

 Tom Six has revealed a little bit more plot than imagined though, by saying that “it will be the most controversial one politically-wise,It will have a lot of self-mockery and will be the most darkly comical of the three. Parts 1 and 2 have a very European feel. Part 3 is very American with the highest budget, a big movie score, widescreen and an XXL human centipede.” Does this mean that it's going to be as gruesome as the other two? It seems most likely not [I know; boo!], but it is the finale; so naturally, I'll find myself watching it. Will it be worth it? I doubt it. But I can't say anything until I actually see the film- regardless if I enjoy myself or not. [it's set to be released sometime this year: whenever that happens..]
